I need to stop ordering chinese/pizza/etc. It costs a lot of money, and none of it is even close to healthy. It also feeds the eating-late-at-night cravings. So I’m going to try to drastically reduce or quit entirely.

I’m going to. Really.
I went off to school this past august weighing in at 120 pounds. Maybe 125. As of today, april second, I weight 135. I used to work out every single day and eat right, but I haven’t done either since being here, and have lost almost all muscle tone, etc.
I’m going to eat healthy and keep my fridge stocked with fruits and veggies. I’m going to stop ordering late night chinese food and succumbing to the delicious french fries in the cafeteria.
I’m going to go with Leah to the gym every weekday morning, and try to do something active (frisbee, tag, frolicking in the park, something) every weekend.
I’m really excited about being healthy again.
Three weeks until the exam. I’m really nervous. I had the course last term, and I’m scared that I’ve forgotten a lot of it. I’m reteaching myself four chapters of the book a week, then reviewing the final week.
I’m shooting for a 3, the lowest score that will get you college credit. I would love to do better than that, though.
