Actually, I’ve modeled for three different classes this week alone. I can do yoga and dance poses and can be immobile for an hour at a time. I agree that some poses cannot be held for long periods, so you need to really think out how you want to arrange yourself if you’re not going to move for long periods of time.
I find it to be an incredible workout, because I do hold fairly strenuous poses for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, and it also gives me time to meditate, which helps me not to think about the odd cramp.
Kudos to you for helping students by being their subject. I know the students really appreciate it. :)

I left my “part-time” job today that had really swallowed up my life. Now, I can clear the decks to focus on the tasks that are most important to me. Fortunately, I have the complete support of a loving husband in leaving this position.

My body fat is now at 27% and I just have a bit around the middle to get rid of, which may have to come with exercise rather than more dieting, because even my size 4’s are now getting baggy in the rear end. It’s been great to finally get to a weight with which I can be happy and healthy.
