I was born in Phoenix and lived there for some years until I moved to northern Arizona. Then I moved back in my high school years, living in Rainbow Valley near Buckeye. I also lived in Phoenix and Glendale as an adult until 6 years or so ago when we moved to the Chicago area. It is great in the desert, but you have to be very careful not to get heatstroke or really overheated. I think most of it is beautiful. One day, I will move back, maybe to Las Vegas for a change.
