Yesterday I signed a contract. Starting from November I’ll be working as a graphic designer slash illustrator for a small company, but still… graphic designer is graphic designer. I can cross this off my list!! I never thought this would happen seeing that I didn’t study to become a graphic designer. It’s my biggest passion, yes, and designing has been a hobby of mine the last… five or six years, but I never could have dreamed that I would really get a job like this one. I’m so happy. I can’t even describe how happy I am. :D

I have the fabric (which is gorgeous) and I know what pattern I want to use… except I don’t know whether it’s available in Belgium. I’ll have to look into it. The pattern I want to use is New Look 6557, a nice summery dress.

I can now call myself “bachelor in journalism”. Hooray! I don’t know what the future will bring for me, but at least I’m now already a bit of a journalist. :)
