By achieving the cherished status as favorite child, your parents are nicer to you, your sibling pales in comparison, and your grandparents and other extended family members are kinder and more generous. I’m pretty proud of myself for doing this.

I worked so hard at tryouts, now I just have do that again for a year so I can move up from novice to varsity. Really excited, though. Hook ‘em!
At camp this past summer, everyone’s car was a stick. I guess it’s a Northeastern thing, but I felt ignorant not knowing how. Also, I could never be DD, so I felt guilty. But honestly, I think it’s just something that would come in handy to know anyway.
