Two days into my goal and I’ve been late both days. (I’m due in at 9 a.m.) On Monday I got in at 10 a.m. (not that bad) but today it was 10:45. I suck at this!! I’ve been going to bed earlier (in bed at 11:30) but sometimes I have trouble falling alseep and then I’m totally wiped out the next morning.
Any motivating tips for getting moving in the mornings??

I haven’t turned on the TV today. I find if I don’t turn it on and do other things like check my e-mail, listen to music, clean up around my apartment, I’m less inclined to watch mindless television. I’m going to get ready to run some erronds…hope I can keep the TV off for most of the day.

So I’ve been doing my push ups but I realize that I also need to do arm curls to get toned. So I’m using two 5-pound weights to do 20-30 arm curls in addition to the push ups. I know this is not going to happen over night. one day at a time!
