Gorgeous. I would highly recommend visiting Nara, because even though it’s kind of tourist trap-like, it is simply amazing to see the old buildings and the giant buddha statue ((also there are deer everywhere that were very friendly and let you pet them. so cool)). My only critique is that traveling within Japan is VERY expensive ((they have tollbooths EVERYWHERE)). I did it as a part of a student exchange program with fundraisers, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to afford it.

How I did it: Between thinking about the germs and looking at my best friend's beautiful nails, I realized that I should give quitting another chance. I also made a new ritual out of trimming them with a nail clipper (you know, instead of my teeth) and this ritual strengthened my resolve to keep them at an appropriate length! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started taking yoga and saw a difference pretty early on (or rather, my friends and family noticed the difference and told me how great and healthy I looked!), but the real difference came with karate-not only does that make you a more confident person, but it also develops the muscles that make standing up straight comfortable and natural. TOTALLY AWESOME. Definately one of the best things that I’ve ever done. I’m not even that great of a swimmer, but it was so easy and fun! The place is gorgeous and stock full of fish, turtles, and even the occasional eel. We got one of those disposable waterproof cameras which was also really worth it. Also worth it was paying a little extra for the better quality rental gear, because it prevented any accidental inhalings of water, which was good. :)
