Last week I replaced the spark plug WIRES in our car. You wouldn’t believe what the mechanic was going to charge us! I paid less than half for the wires themselves, and I paid for NONE of the labor, since I did it myself. That felt pretty awesome.

How I did it: I had several different staffing agencies looking for jobs for me, but I was patient and held out for the right job. Eventually, it came along and it has been worth the wait! Yay for joining the working world again! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Very, very, slowly. But at least I took my time picking out the things that really mattered to me. I'm ready to start checking things off now! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Matt and Jady and I got up early (after staying up very late, I might add) and headed over to Frick Park. We hiked through the woods and watched the sun rise from a field in the middle of the park. So beautiful! Read how I did it…

Last week my husband and I changed the spark plugs on our car. We bought a fuel filter and were going to try to change it, too, but in a Camry, it is very difficult to get to without the right equipment. So we might not be able to do that ourselves after all, but we’re going to keep learning what we can!
I could donate 10 inches right now, but I would have to cut my hair up to my chin, and I really don’t want to cut it that short. So I’m going to grow it out 2-3 more inches before I donate it. Hopefully, by January or February, I can make a donation!
