I want to lose weight before our wedding, which is in about 7 months. My goal is to lose 10kg, which I hope is reasonable. I want to fit in my clothes again, not just barely being able to squeeze in them. Anyway, I’ve searched online some home excercise, I’ve calculated carefully how much calories I have to eat and I’ve made my plan. Now I just have to resist the 4 boxes of chocolate my fiance’s parents bought me. >_> I think I’ll have to hide them somewhere high up so I can’t reach.
