After the weight finally got me to the point where I couldn’t stand it anymore, I signed up for Weight Watchers online. Keeping track of what I eat trained me to eat better. I can still snack, I just don’t overdo it, and I exercise more.

How I did it
How I did it: With the first book, I wrote the first draft longhand - five pages a day until I finished. Then I transcribed everything to the computer, revised and revised again.
