I’m making some good food choices, but I’m still slipping a bit. I’m walking more, but not as much as I would like, but overall its going well.
I’m not doing enough to really make a push yet, but on the plus side my skin has cleared alot and looks good.

I took this goal off my list, hoping that by adding helpful lifestyle things, I could focus on small changes, rather than large ones.
What I missed was the ability to talk to like minded, goal focused people. I cant afford weight watchers, so this is as close to a support group as I can get!!
I’ve set myself up to really achieve this goal this time, I hired a treadmill, set up my own little home gym in a spare room of my house, I’m really goal focused. I’m scared Im going to fail, but I’m determined to succeed. I have so much determination at the moment, Im at my heaviest weight (although I refuse to weigh myself for a month) I’m wearing (and busting out of) the biggest size on the racks, and its really a case of succeed or die. I need to change TODAY. I hope this is the last time I start this goal.

I’ve been splitting my walks in to 2 10 minute blocks on account of my complete lack of physical fitness… depressing but everyone has to start somewhere, right??
