I’ve cut back on the flesh some lately, but this last week has been a step backward. 3 letters BBQ.
I took C hiking to several wonderful open spaces, state parks and the beach this week. We also took the bike and trailer out to baylands for a few miles. Is it exercise? maybe. I sure was tired afterward.
