A girl I had never met before, with whom I was connected on Facebook just happened to mention that she was giving away her bike since she was leaving the country for some time.
Went and picked it up, and now I have a fabulous Raleigh bicycle! :) Pics soon.
Incidentally, there’s a fantastic website called (no pun intended): FreeCycle where one can pass on / request for stuff! :)

I know for sure that this is part of OCD, and although I would temporarily stop each time I was with a date (kissing is a great deterrent to killing this habit) – this is still the first time I’m stopping for myself (and for good – hopefully), after reading through peoples’ experiences here!
Also, keeping a printout of my Top 10 Goals on 43Things around me all the time helps – I genuinely recommend this as a healthy habit. Here’s why, especially if you’re a OCD person – you’ll keep looking at it, and be more cognizant and aware of what you’re doing.
All the best, and thanks as always, 43Things + community!

That’s how I celebrated my new year. Celebrating life. Along with 4 others, I was in Tamil Nadu’s Karaikal, Killai and Panayur regions and helped distribute relief material to those rendered homeless and helpless. The work going on there was touchingly beautiful!
