I’ve almost hit 400, so I have a ways to go on this goal. I play scrabble with my husband and a palm pilot.

I had to take the nice pair of rockport boots I found to the cobbler. The left boot fit snugly, but I busted the zipper on the right boot. :-( the cobbler was very annoying, telling me how dumb I am to buy shoes that don’t fit perfectly, but hello, that’s why I brought them to his shop, where there is a sign in the window advertising “stretching of shoes”.
Instead of lazily taking the path of least resistance; I allowed myself to accept an invitation to a dance performance, and I’m also going to meet up with a friend whom I haven’t seen for a year. Ordinarily, I’d (sadly) rather curl up with a book, but I think I’ll enjoy being out and about more, in this case.
