Why? 12 months ago

This has been something I’ve wanted to do for awhile. I’m sort of a health nut, and I’m tired of reading the labels on the food I’m eating and seeing inpronouncable words with 21 letters. All of those chemicals and artificial this and artifical that and high fructose corn syrup and dextrose and sucralose and you get the picture. Gross.

My goal is to eat less processed foods, cut out fast food entirely, and start eating more natural foods.
