If I actually remember to wash my face my skin gets pretty clear. I’m just so lazyyyyy, especially when it comes to washing my makeup off before bed. I crawl into bed and when I think about it I’m too tired to care.

For a while I’m going to be liquid fasting every other week so this goal will have to be a little different.
I’m going to just go for walks occasionally when fasting, and the week that I eat I’m just going to have to work as hard as I can at the gym.
