How I did it: Well first I learned to knit. Then I knit progressively harder things! I read a few sweater patterns and found one I liked. I measured myself. I bought some yarn. I knit. I ripped it all out and started over again. I knit. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Budget! I only have one credit card, so I made a simple spreadsheet and entered my net pay for each payday and my anticipated expenses. I allotted myself a set amount of spending money, and then determined how much was left over to put towards my debt. I also determined a specific date to have my debt paid off, which forced me to put more cash towards repayment. How I did it: I started by just taking thousands and thousands of photos. Then I was asked to do some for money, the results of which were so well received that I knew I had to do it again. Well the manfriend brought home his bike two weeks ago, and just this past weekend brought back his spare (!) bike for me. I bought a helmet… now to wipe off the dust, pump up the tires, and get out there.
I’ve registered for Run for the Cure, which takes place October 4. 8 weeks to whip my butt into shape!
