I am actually giving up on this goal because I have decided to prioritise the close friends and family I have at the moment. If the ‘misplaced old friends’ come out of the woodwork then I will embrace them with open arms, but I have gotten to the stage where I start to stretch myself too far and across too many people so…yeah. New goal instead is to put more time, energy and love into the relationships I am currently enjoying.
Despite returning to sporting activities which usually make my skin itchy because of the heat/sweating I have been very well behaved. I am conscious that after hockey I have to stay away from my shins (which get very itchy from the shinpads) and I am moisturizing much more regularly and staying away from heaters in winter. QV cream is a little tub of gold.
