Well, its been two weeks since my last cigarette… I’ve never really had a problem putting them down, I just usually end up starting again months later. I figure the 1-year mark is really the point at which i’ll be quit for good.
I don’t know the first thing about training for triathlons or even distance running in general. i’ll figure it out though. how hard can it be?
