How I did it: The usual way. I applied for jobs, got depressed, applied for more. I got one interview and luckily got it! Thank goodness because none of the other job applications panned out. It was mostly waiting though. Read how I did it…

How I did it: It wasn't hard once I got started. Planting all of the seeds is intimidating becuase you don't know how productive they will be. No one wants a deluge of zucchinis. I’m not sure that my new clothes were absolutely neccessary right now. Having done a stocktake of my wardrobe and chucking some of the unwanted stuff out in a garage sale I found lots I didn’t know I had. By reducing my wardrobe down to just the things I wear (and the changing of the season helped too) I found I really had a lot. The two pairs of pants I bought are great- don’t get me wrong. They’re comfortable, don’t expose any unwanted butt crack and I get compliments on them. They’re elso not denim so I have branched out. I’m just not sure if they were neccessary.
