I am a journaler 3 years ago

I teach a women’s journaling class in the summer. My journals are a hodge podge of paintings, collage, movie tickets…etc..I try to keep a small one with me wherever I go. This picture is a sample from one of my journals.

Here is a collage I made..I don’t know what it has to do with yoga…except that it is a body…and maybe it will help me remember that my body is my temple and I must begin to honor it.



Make my legs more muscular!

I work out three to five times a week and lift weights. But I always neglect working on my legs on the machines. I would like more muscular thighs this year! I can already bicep curl 25 lbs! I don’t need any more arm work. Those are my feet facing South Mountain in Arizona! Now to get to the rest of the leg!
