It’s still a little cooler, overcast and rainy, so instead of running on the treadmill I was able to run outside around 10:30 a.m. I did an awesome hill workout on the causeway, only five short 200m intervals. It was challenging, but not too hard and went by really quickly. Running is just so much fun!

It was getting pretty hot already, but I still decided to go for a walk in the Viera Wetlands, because it’s my rest day from running. Of course I was again the only person walking, everybody else drove past me slowly in their cars. Seems like people just don’t know how to use their legs anymore…
