How I did it
How I did it: Three months of training. I had always been a runner, and somewhat used to biking, but swimming was a challenge. The water was 56 degrees so my form was quite sloppy, couldn't wait to get out! Running after a long bike ~ now that's an all new sensation. Having a fitness certification it is very frustating to be 45 pounds overweight. Since my breast cancer surgery and multiple medications, It’s been quite a struggle. I am Walking in the 3-Day Komen Walk in November and hope my training gets me back on track.
