Managed to pull 140kgs with wrist straps for 2 sets of 3. God damn it was tough. Dropping the weight back to 130kgs next time and going for more reps with tighter form.
Deadlift is only once every two weeks.

Got back on track with the plan and my bodyfat has been coming down. Need to add more cardio.
Jan 11: 14.6%
Feb 16: 14.0%
