We need to save £340 a month to achieve £20,000 in four years. Actually sounds quite doable. Particularly given the fact I spent £130 on buying sweet snacks this month.

I have to say this is really a subset of losing weight. I love dance and always have and it makes me happy. However, if you ask me the honest truth, I would say I want to dance more to lose weight. I also secretly want to look like the girls in the dance classes I used to attend and be able to pull off the sweater cut at the neck look with some aplomb! Although in my idiotic moments I want to be “skinny” what I really would like to achieve is a lean, muscular appearance and I know dance helps with this.
I am giving this a go now – the Feel Fuller longer via Sainsbury’s. This goal is about being able to fit into my summer clothes and bikini on holiday in July. I also want to lose 10% of my weight to increase my chances of getting pregnant!(part of me thinks this defeats the object)
