How I did it: I got a Wii Fit and have consistently racked up 30 Wii Fit points at least three days a week. I love it. I had been going to the gym in the fall, but with everyone's new year's resolutions I didn't want to fight for space. This was a small step for me, but I’m happy. I bought a tankini and shorts, which is the first non-one-piece suit I’ve had in about 8 years. I have some nice abs now (thanks entirely to the FitterFirst cushion—amazing) so I feel comfortable wearing it. Yay!
