I’ve been brewing for 4 years. Have done 52 batches (about 385 gallons) to date. For anyone interested in brewing their own beer, I’d suggest reading How to Brew by John Palmer and checking out a few online brewing forums, like MoreBeer, Northern Brewer, and Homebrew Adventures.

By sheer luck I happened upon a dojo about 20 minutes from my house that teaches Nihon Jujutsu (traditional Japanese jujutsu, not Brazillian). I’ve been there a few months and just got my yellow belt a few weeks ago! It’s incredible, a great workout, great discipline, and overall a lot of fun.
