60 day challenge 4 years ago

I just started the 60 day challenge at my yoga studio for the new year… 60 days of going every day. You can miss 2 days, provided you do a double some time within the week that you miss a day. I have never gottten below 3 times a week since I started, but I was going like 6 days a week until the holidays, so I’m using the challenge to jumpstart my practice… plus you get a month of free yoga if you complete it.

I’m actually doing a 60 day challenge at my yoga studio for my New Year’s intention… I’m only on the third day right now, but I am really excited. I am hoping that it will help my body recover from some physical/emotional things that have been preventing me from optimum health & also you get a free month of yoga after completing the challenge… so it offers a lot of benefits.

So, I don’t think I’ll ever FINISH this goal… but I’d like to keep the list down to a reasonable size by reading some of the books before I find new ones to add. Speaking of reading, I think I’ll log out and pick up a book right now!
