I think I can tick this off my list. I drink a lot of water without thinking now. I don’t get cravings for any other drink. 6-8 glasses a day :)

I know not to drink too much though and stuff. But I think most people could try and cut down on the fizzy drinks and drink good ol’ water.

Well, it’s great. Better skin, better concentration are the main differences for me.

Yay.

Well I didn't BUY a pedometer

I got it free from my dad because someone from hsi workplace was giving them out or something
Nevertheless it’s accurate and I’m happy :)
Now to do 10,000 steps everyday
