Definitely been doing more writing lately, between the LJing, and my book. It helps relieve some of my freaking relationship angst, although it also makes my emotions feel pretty strong, which can sometimes suck.

I really learned to relax while flying, by using this awesome website, http://www.fearofflyinghelp.com/
It helps to explain the noises that you hear during takeoff and landing, and explains the way the plane stays in the air during the flight.
Personally, I’m a control freak, and I feel completely out of control while flying, and this helped me to relax and realize nothing horrible happens on most of the flights that are zipping from country to country everyday.
but I can quote most of them word for word too.
Seeing as it’s the best TV show ever, this is awesome, rather than pathetic. I hope.
