I noticed that I regressed a bit. I was cooking ~ 750 WPM but I’m back in the 500 WPM range again. Need to focus more on this. More information and less time available!

I noticed that I regressed a bit. I was cooking ~ 750 WPM but I’m back in the 500 WPM range again. Need to focus more on this. More information and less time available!
Went back on the South Beach Diet about two weeks ago. I’ve lost 10 of the 20 lbs I want to lose. Sure, it’s water weight but the immediacy of the loss is very inspiring. At this rate, I should meet my goal within 5-6 weeks.
Next – replace the fat with muscle…
Will tick this off when I reach 1000 WPM. My current reading rate is ~ 500 WPM.
