I took in my old Cannondale MB and had it fitted with some street tires and had a general tune up and safety check done. I want to start riding to my pottery studio a few days a week and using the bike for trips to the local grocery or bookstore. (we live in the burbs) I didn’t want to invest in an expensive new sexy bike until I was sure I was ready to commit. I’ve got it all setup with a rack and panniers, a handlebar bag, lights and an extra water bottle holder. New shoes and some shorts that fit since I’ve outgrown the old ones from 10 years ago…heheh
I’m ready to do some riding. Now if the temp would creep back down below 90….
The bike is in the shop. New road tires, new brake cables, ... whatever else they find. I’ll also add a rack and saddlebags and some head and tail lights. I’ll be on the road in no time!
