Weekend strategy:
Friday-6:30 Yoga, 15 minute eliptical, 10 pull ups, steam room
Lots of water

Saturday: 9:30 yoga, 15 minute eliptical, 10 pull ups, steam room
4:00 swim 3000 yards

Sunday: 11:30 yoga, 15 minute eliptial

Food:
Make own breakfast, no pastries! Add more fruits and nuts, at least one fruit per day.
