So I can’t say I’m perfect, and probably at least one day a week I’m too lazy, but all in all I feel like I can’t go to bed with out flossing which is quite a change for me.

France, Spain, Lithuania, Scotland, England, and I guess I could put Canada on the list even though that’s the closest and I don’t think I’ve been to the places that really do it justice. I’ve done the east coast, Maine, NYC, Virginia Beach, Washington D.C., and as far west as Colorado, seen Mount Rushmore, not much of the south. I just want to see and do as much as possible. My best experiences in life are packed into the 6 weeks or so I’ve spent abroad. Hopefully I will get to go to the south of France for Christmas, maybe even skiing in Italy, that would be amazing. =)
I was really active growing up, my mom put me in gymnastics when I was 2 because she thought I was going to hurt myself jumping off of the couch and climbing fences. But in the past year I completely stopped all activity. Amazingly enough I didn’t balloon as I retained my incredible appetite, but nevertheless I just don’t feel as good about myself. I went jogging for the first time in probably 9 months and I was out of breath after, oh say 30 seconds. I know it is not possible to expect myself to all of a sudden be crazy fit and running 5 minutes miles in a month. My goal is simply just to do SOMETHING everyday. 50 crunches, 10 push ups (you haven’t seen my arms…), 10 minute run, anything. I just need to get active again.
