It is so hard for me to get rid of shoes and clothes. My closet is full of clothes that I have only worn once. I probably bought them on one of my numerous impulse-shopping trips—another habit I need to break. I own over 100 pairs of shoes—some I have never even worn even though they are so cute. There are even some that I do not even remember ever buying! I also have this thing about wearing clothes more than once or wearing the same outfit more than once. It makes me feel weird. Maybe that is why I can’t let clothes go. I don’t know if I’m a pack rat or just really love clothes. Or both. Or neither. I think I have a problem.

How I did it: I used to drink probably five or six sodas a day. Hands down, I was a soda addict, and the fact that my family owns numerous Sonic Drive-Ins throughout Oklahoma, where I used to live, did not help kill my addiction but made it stronger instead.I finally realized that enough was enough and with some motivation from my boyfriend who had quit drinking pop, I quit too. The first month was killer. I would get bad headaches because I … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have spent too much time trying to figure out what counterculture I fit into socially. HOW STUPID OF ME. After my every-night-before-I-go-to-bed contemplation period, I realized that it is impossible to "find" yourself because you are already yourself. You are already found! You are a living individual! You are already figured out. Everyone is always growing and changing. From political views and religious beliefs to… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I have wasted too much potentially-useful time thinking about what I need to get done and not bothering to do it. I would literally sit on my bed for an hour and a half and refresh my MySpace while thinking to myself, "Kenzlie, that six-page essay is due in a few days. You had two weeks to do it. Should you start? ... NO." Then, I would probably play Neopets for another two hours or decide to go out with friends instead.&n… Read how I did it…

I’ve always taken music classes, literally ever since I started grade school. And I’ve always been really interested in it. I began playing and experimenting with instruments at a pretty young age. This school year I decided to put myself out there and take AP Music Theory. The class is a lot of work, but it has definitely helped me appreciate music a lot more. I’m a lot better at composing and analyzing music. If the class is offered in your school, I suggest taking it.
Soda just isn’t healthy.
I quit drinking it over a year ago.
The first month was hard, but then the cravings stop &you start losing weight.
Now whenever I even think of drinking soda, I feel really sick.
