I need to get up of my backside and do some exercise. I used to be super fit, but I’ve let myself go over the past few years. I need to start doing some running and an hour or so weight training every other day. I also need to get all the crap out my diet….soft drinks, etc.

I want to increase my income to at least £3000 a week. I’m sure I can do this. I just need to sit down and work out a way to do it. There is a lot of money out there and I need to find a way to bring it to my bank account. It might take me a while, but I will manage it.
Happiness is from within

I been told all my life that happiness lies within each individual. The secret is to find it, and bring it out. There is no set formula. We all must dig deep and find what we really want, which in turn will bring happiness.
