My mother was always scared of cars and never got her drivers license, as I have gotten older I strangely enough am scared mostly of highway travel. The high rate of speed and the potential for an accident is constantly on my mind. I am tense
and watch the road ahead of the car like a hawk. I can not and will not ride in the car with someone that drives over the speed limit. Funny thing is that if I am doing the driving, I am not
so scared.
