How I did it: While physically demanding, anyone who is reasonably fit will get through just fine. The hype about a four day trek got the better of me around half way through the second day (which is the toughest day) and I doubted whether I should have even tried. How I did it: I am so thankful that this course is run in my own city .. many travel interstate or from overseas to participate - and I have to say that would absolutely be worth it! After so many years of people trying to rationalise with me and looking at me in disbeleif saying "It's just a spider .. it's not going to hurt you!" - I felt so releived to be in a room with people that understood my phobia! How could I possibly kill, everything I read about it said that it was the easiest thing to grow ever!
I did receive a quote from my dentist to get professionally whitened, but genuinely don’t think I need it anymore. Quitting smoking + change in lifestyle that I’ve made over the last 5 years have whitened them enough!
