So, I guess I'm alright now 2 years ago

When I decided to go through with this goal on Feb 06, I weighed 76 kg. Now, June 07, I weigh 63 kg. My BMI is finally at a normal range (24) considering my height (1.61m). My dietician was very pleased and excited! :)
I plan to take on losing another 3.5 kg or so, just so I could finally see a number that starts with a 5 on the scales :P

My weight loss challenge!! 2 years ago

My goal was to lose 5 kg by June [don’t remember the exact date =\], and this is how everything going so far:
Days from beginning of challenge: 48
Days left: 75
Weight lost: 3.25 kg (≈7.2 lbs)
Weight to be lost: 1.75 kg (≈3.8)

Days left: 118
Weight lost: 1.25 kg (≈2.8 lbs)
Weight to be lost: 3.75 kg (≈8.2)
Minus 4 cm from my waist!!!

...and I’m doing this the healthy way. Good ol’ gym & diet, with a dietitian and all.
