When I decided to go through with this goal on Feb 06, I weighed 76 kg. Now, June 07, I weigh 63 kg. My BMI is finally at a normal range (24) considering my height (1.61m). My dietician was very pleased and excited! :)
I plan to take on losing another 3.5 kg or so, just so I could finally see a number that starts with a 5 on the scales :P
