I think I missed a day or two...have been busy... 1 month ago

Things I am grateful for…hmmm

*facebook friends
*that first cup of coffee in the morning (although it would be lovely to hear someone else making it for me ;)
*toothpaste and toothbrush…that wonderful fresh feeling
*zibibbo – bubbly
*our wonderful climate in Bundaberg – the sun is shining again!
*the dishes are washed
*nights out with friends…Friday and Saturday this week…wow!
*love that is coming to me from all my friends and family…can’t always see it but I know it is there
*the fly that is keeping the cat entertained – that means he is leaving me alone – thank you fly :)
*actually, they are both entertaining me!
*smiling which feels so good :)))))))
*that I have accepted where I am and now can make plans to move on
*that I am going to see my daughter on Thursday!!! Yay!!!
*that I can hear – birds, music, voices, the bell on the cat’s collar

That makes up for days missed, I think!

I am so lucky 1 month ago

*my mum can listen to me crying on the phone and not tell me to pull myself together or stop being silly
*my mum telling me I need to do what makes me happy, that my sanity is more important than anything else
*i have the chance to move into a place with a courtyard…making garden goal look possible in the near future
*my lawnmower man’s wife is so lovely to talk with, I went to pay my bill and we chatted for a while…it has given my day a lift
*got a little hug from my friend when we bumped into each other in town…hugs help so much!

five things for today 1 month ago

*clarity of thought for a little while!!
*got a little bit of that assignment happening…
*nice man smiled at me today in the supermarket…I felt visible :)
*boys are getting the bus to school…yay!
*achieved day one of my plan with water, meditation and exercise.
*walking by the sea with my son and talking together.
