How I did it: Booked a holiday from a travel agency, asked for time off, arranged with all of my clients and then got on with it. It was an island holiday, so not really worth a major fuss. Package deal heaven. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Google as always. FOund a class that was starting on the day I was searching and signed up, paid and went. And that was despite wearing Birkenstocks that were not really appropriate. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I experoenced some really difficult expreiences that made me want to change. I became clear about the damage of not being and not finding a place where every day was an uphill battle. And I just decided that what I have to say matters, because it is uniquley me. Read how I did it…

Booked a holiday to Greece for start October yesterday. SO it’s finally happening. Yeah!
I stopped running over the summer because I was cycling. Or so I said. I was indeed cycling more often, but I could have continued running. ANyway, I also started a salsa dance class, which has kept me busy for 6 weeks over the summer.
Now today I started running again. And I really enjoyed it. I thought that it would be hard work. But I felt really strong and ran short bits much faster than I usually run just to see what it feels like.
I guess the cycling and dancing has been useful. Now what does exercise regularly mean. For me it’s x3 per week. SO that’s a good way to start.
