It’s been months since I have succumbed to my bad habit. It is getting easier to fight it but I still don’t think I’m quite ready to click the ‘I’ve done this’ button yet. Putting pen to paper to really outline what my habit was and why I wanted to change it seemed to help. Telling one trusted friend about it also helped too. I’m treating myself to little presents along the way. Wish me luck. I hope I can officialy declare myself free from this habit sometime this year.

I lost about 4-5 pounds since I started jogging a few weeks ago. I hope I can keep it up!
Finally finished switching all my standard bulbs to CFLs. Got a batch of them from costco- cheap. The special ones you gotta buy for use with dimmer switches cost me a fortune though. Now what’s next on my list.. :-)
