I have to admit that I’m pretty disappointed in myself for not doing 80 minutes. I’m not as sore as I anticipated and I probably could’ve met my goal… I’m just feeling really tired and lazy! I guess I shouldn’t be too mad at myself… I mean at least I got on the treadmill, right?

I also played tennis for an hour today so I’m anticipating that my legs and lower back will be almost unbearably sore tomorrow… but I’m still going to attempt to run 80 minutes again because I want this week’s total time to be 6 hours. I’m so excited for the pain! :\
