I have already started to learn but I would lile to become better and better at it and be consistently good. Also I would like to pick up new moves more quickly and consistently.

I can think of two things that work. Try organizing for just 10 minutes at a time, and keep going if you feel like it.

The other is visualize the disorganized thing ( one’s room or schedule) being organized.
