Started the workout last Monday. VERY TOUGH! Hands down tougher than P90X, though there isn’t the same strength training. The first week was very painful, but I look forward to pushing through it and getting more fit.

How I did it: I just grinded through it. There were 2 times: the 2nd week and the 5th week when I wanted to quit, but I didn't. What motivated me was I had several friends that tried it and quit and I didn't want to be another quitter.
