How I did it
How I did it: eating to only 80% full. taking a 15-20 min break to have conversation, then finishing meal if still hungry. Only after checking to see how full I was. It takes 20 mins for the brain to register how full we are. The uneaten portion can be saved in the fridge for a free snack later. Cause you were going to eat it anyway. Read how I did it…
