Well… I’m almost down to 150 lbs from over 170, so I think that’s good progress. :)

Part of it was the weight loss but most of it was accepting that I am beautiful and I am a worthwhile person. :)



take vitamins everyday

Get a bottle of vitamins and a pillbox (one of the ones with 7 compartments—ask your pharmacist if you need one) and on Saturday, sort your meds out for the week including the vitamin tablet. I’ve been doing this for a year and I’ve only forgotten to take mine once or twice.
