and you guessed it i lost the weight got married had a baby and now i’m starting all over with this weight thing…i’ve lost 2 kgs this week already, i weigh a massive 86kgs and need to get down to 60kg to be healthy again I AM doing it!

but i will still enjoy the season and will do my best to remain happy for the whole! I’m so looking forward to X-mas and holidays! the new year and new beginings! Christmas and all it encompasses will be a BBQ on the beach followed by a beer in the sea!

well i have put all the weight on that i lost and now i feel aweful and very very unfit and slugish! i now weigh 70 kgs, so i am back and i will lose this weight and feel good again! i did find on the net a really good cal counter that was like a diary, but can’t remember what it was called? does anyone know?
