Consult with a lawyer about my options.
Things to inquire about 10 months ago

1. Grandparent’s rights, and visitation for all grandparents involved. I want Ariel’s and Alex’s grandparent’s rights to be protected, no matter what their sons chose to do. I want them to have the option of being a part of their respective grandkid’s lives.
2. Working out a plan with both fathers that will work for us and our respective child, and still allows them to be in their lives, if they choose to do so.
3. Collecting child support from both fathers. If that’s all the legacy from their fathers they’ll ever get, they should have it. I’d rather the fathers be active in their kid’s life, but I’ve given up hope that Mike will want to be part of Ariel’s life… he’s had three years in which to try. I’m not going to give Alex’s father the same deal I did Ariel’s father, because I don’t believe he’ll be any better.
