How I did it: I have my blog/website through wordpress. It was super easy to set up and customize the way I wanted it.http://hldyer.wordpress.comEventually, I plan to get my own website and domain, but the wordpress site is more than adequate for my current needs. Read how I did it…

A career in medicine is absolutely worth it… if what you want is a career in medicine. However, if you want to become a doctor to make money, or to earn respect/impress people, there are many more effective and easier ways to do it.
I love my work, but I know many docs who feel trapped in the career because they’ve invested so much time and money in it.
This is a truly wonderful goal, if you are pursuing it for the work itself.
Good luck!
Fabulous book! A college boyfriend of mine loaned his copy to me because he didn’t have time to read it himself. I tore through it in about a week. It’s nice to immerse yourself in the kind of reading where your feet don’t always quite touch the bottom and there’s room to dive.
